Plugs are white. Lean?

i pulled the plugs yesterday to adjust gap and the electrodes are all white. i think its called the electrode. anyway, the part u bend for gap adjustment. mods are below and am running stoc gnition. was .35 and now i changed them to .30 until i get some ignition upgrades. car is tuned as well. my fuel psi was around 38 ps with ac connected. i bumped it up to 42 psi to see if that helps.
any suggestions as to what might be goin on?

yep, thats usually the case, with white tips on the plugs, maybe snap a couple pics for everyone to see.
