There are hundereds of way to polish alunimum but so happens I found these to be the easiest way for me.
I know others have different methods and will be glad to help you. It's all about time and patience if you were to ask me.

man that looks fantastic, like a different item altogether. your work is impressive. i have the trick flow upper & lower intake and have considered polishing it - but i doubt i will ever get the same results you have. i'm not certain what type of metal the intakes are made from as it is. any ideas?
