There are hundereds of way to polish alunimum but so happens I found these to be the easiest way for me.
I know others have different methods and will be glad to help you. It's all about time and patience if you were to ask me.

I use a good cotten cloth and some Mother's Billet polish. Does a very nice job.

man that looks fantastic, like a different item altogether. your work is impressive. i have the trick flow upper & lower intake and have considered polishing it - but i doubt i will ever get the same results you have. i'm not certain what type of metal the intakes are made from as it is. any ideas?

Thanks. Your intake is aluminum and would shine up real good. I sand stuff for a living An intake is probably one of the hardest items to polish. Anyone can do it and lots have done as good as me.
