only about 10-15rwhp over PI heads, maybe 20-25 over stock NPI head - and thats with professionally CNC'd heads - with PI intake manifold. Cams will be almost the same gains (10-15)

I think chris is a bit on the optimistic side.

Id say do it since it sounds like this is going to be your profession. Proboly a great learning experience. I actually wouldnt bother with your stock heads, leave them alone. Pick up 2-3 sets of complete NPI heads/cams for 50-75 bucks a peice, and use a flow bench to see what you come up with.

Post the numbers on the boards, give them to a couple NPI guys to install and dyno, and you just started your first business.

i was saying numbers with a PI intake manifold and ported heads, over stock. Then PI cams on top of that, if you add up my guesses it's about 40 over stock - which is well in the range of ported heads w/ pi cams and intake.
I agree tho, port some NPI heads you pick up for cheap - that way they are ready when you take the car apart.
