ported heads/cam #'s

I was wondering what horsepower increases a 2 valve would get
with ported heads and a cam change? I know there are many
variables because of cam profile and level of porting and valve
size.
My buddy has a 2001 buillit and with only a CIA I guessd 35-40
RWHP gain with stage 2 porting and streetable cams, think this
is a close estimate?

Ok, Im by no means an expert at this, but Ive ask this same ? a while back. You are looking at about 35-40rwhp gains from the swap. I was also told that if you go with stage 2 cams, you will yield about 10rwhp more above 6200rpms, but u might wanna upgrade the internals to forged ones to rev over 6300. I have vt stage 1's waiting to be installed once I decide on the heads to go with them. Im probably going to buy the foxlake stage 2 heads as I was told they would get me good gains with the cams.

full exhaust, well tuned and the supporting bolt ons will put a h/c 2v in the 310-325 range with a bullitt intake on a dynojet through a 5speed

my heads and custom grind cams got me 38RWHP after the swap and before it was tuned!
