i'm starting to shop around and so far i really like the AFR 165s and 185s....i was wondering what intake and cam would be a good compliment with nitrous in the future?????

AFR 165's, FTI cam, Performer RPM intake, #30 injectors, 1 5/8 un-equal length shorties, 2 1/2 exhaust, 76mm maf, 70mm tb. 303rwhp 332rwt. Trap speeds at 108.8, both untuned. Bought nx kit, sold before ever used it though, was expecting around 11.30's@120+ with 150 shot. Decided to get there and beyond hopefully n/a with a 351 stroker.

i think everything is in my signiture, in the next 2 weeks im switching to a c-4 trans, 3800 converter, long tube BBK headers, 1 chamber flows, and a 28x11.50x15 ET Street.

Its all about suspension that is what will get you your 1/4 mile times. but here is what my car has. My car made 277hp/313tor to the wheels. This is untuned. I never had it tuned, but the car went 12.73@105

(engine)
stock short block,edelbrock heads 1.90 valves,b-303cam,1.7 rockers,cobra intake,65mm t.b.,C&L 73 mass air meter,24Lb injectors,Paxton fuel presseruse regulator,17*of timming,K&N cone filter,Mac long tubes,prochamber H-pipe,& Mac dumps,pulleys,msd6al,master blaster coil,Ist air adjuster.
(Drive train)
Tremec 3550 trans,steeda shifter,cobra clutch,aluminum drive shaft,4:10 gears,31 splin axels,rear end cover, arbun diff.
(Suspension)
Darg lanch kit,Strange Adjustable struts,Lakewood 50/50 shocks,HPMS megabytes control arms upper & lower, removed sway bar,ET streets 26/10.5/15 and,skinnies,Battery move to the rear.

Edelbrock heads, TFS street intake and Crane 2031 cam. I have most the other stuff too. 292/315 on the dyno and 12.48 @ 109.32 (1.70 60') in the 1/4 on BFGs.

Gotta say I love the AFR 165 Heads. The only thing I'd change about my combo is to add a 347 short block. For a cam I have the 328-8 Comp Extreme Energy Cam and 1.72 roller rockers - Serious Lift...

357 shortblock,Track Heat Heads (Trickflow),Victor Jr.,750 Speed Demon,BBK 1 3/4 Headers,BBK H-Pipe 2 1/2 inch.,Flowmaster mufflers,NOS Cheater Kit (150 shot),Crane Cam (same as Trickflow stage 2),D&D K-Member and A-Arm kit (150bls off front),C4 full manual w/4.10 gears,10inch slicks.
I haven't got the car broken in yet,but please guess what my times are.
I think they should be in the low 11's or high 10's but I'm not sure.

418, 11.25:1, TFS "R" heads, super victor intake, 1000cfm demon, 1 7/8 kooks, 3" exhaust, custom cam (252/262@.05, .576/.576). Motor made 581/539 flywheel, hoping for around 500rwhp. With a 5spd and my driving abilities, should be good for 12.50's@125mph
