the list goes on, but those are just the ones i search everytime...so what do you got

The only thing I search for commonly:

(mustang,5.0,302) (tensioner,power steering,ps,iac,idle air) -(polished,chrome,rack,64,65,66,68,69,70,71,72,73,74,75,76,77,78,196*,197*,II,2.3,5.7,chev*)

Gives me pretty much exactly what I need and no bull**** fluff crap.

Other than that, I just search whatever specifically it is that I want. No wide-range terms like "5.0 mustang" or whatever, as I don't need to look through 700 pages for nothing
