Press gas and car dies..

has neone ever heard of this... as soon as i turn my car on.. if i press the gas to rev it up the idle goes down and it will eventually die..

acutally.. if i hold the gas down it will die a little then raise back up but wot the max rmp is 3.5K.. this has sumthing to do with the timing? should i advance or retard? also at WOT it will pop

check to see what it is first, if not, maybe ur computer's having trouble advancing timing

i hear knocking if i stick my head in the engine bay on the passenger side.. like ting ting ting ting lol.. thats knockin or could it be pinging.. it there a difference? sounds like one big marble ina car bouncing around.

Pinging won't sound like a marble bouncing around. Something has broken loose in that motor. Sounds like you are having what I would call catastrophic engine failure. If this is related to your exhaust problem I think that you can rule out the exhaust as the culprit. Most of the time when you can hear that much noise its something serious.

dont run ur engine anymore then

that could cost u a set of new heads, a new block, or worse

id pull the engine out, drop the pan and see whatcha got rattling around in there

I had a noise that sounded like ball berings in the cylinders, all it was is a spark plug that the ceramic part came loose of the metal.
