the hole between the throttle body and elbow were of 1/8". i was porting it anyway, but it is shoddy casting. it also has no short side radius. but it works fine.
pro-products quality control lacks consistency. Airflow isn't their specialty... making aluminum parts for people that are too cheap to buy the right part is their specialty. I'll never own another piece from them.
yes, I have both the TB and plenum. Both required extensive modification just to allow them to bolt up. Castings were full of flash, holes not deburred, holes didn't line up, threads not tapped deep enough, porous areas of castings etc... those problems all came from the intake, plenum and TB.
