Well Picked up this 88GT for 1600 bux. I have alot of work to do and and may need alot of help along the way lol... Not sure where the project name came from it jsut kind of came out and has stuck
. Anyways I am looking to redo the complete interior. I need new floor pans and a few interior peices as well as have some wiring to sort out. susp and exhaust have seen better days and all will be replaced. was originally bright red but repaited black...I will be repainting it back black as well (hence the name). Motor wise I was thinging a pretty tame 347 stroker (car still has original motor with 167k and doesnt smoke or anything so I want to keep the stock block and all if possible. ) I am open to any suggestions on what I shoul do and where to source parts. 50resto has floor pans and I may get them there but have not decided..anyway here are the rough pics and its great to be back into a stang!

i just gutted my 88 GT, removed the sound mats and found one rust spot about 8 inches in diameter. boy did that piss me off!
i can only imagine what you are going to go through with those floor pans. ditch the stock messed up hood and get a F-glass cowl. needless to say with that interior you are going to have some long days at the junk yard.......
