Since the thread was closed before I could defend myself. And since I could get no help from the Moderators or the site. I would just like to say I am not a thief as John(blue roan) has called me. I have proof that I shipped his product via the USPS insurance numbers. I also have a letter from the Postmaster stating that the parcel was indeed delivered. I am not out to rip anyone off or steal anyone's money. You can look at my feedback on Ebay under radar_rosen. I have pretty good feedback. This guy is harassing me and my family. I have tried to settle this reasonably. He has only posted on this site once. Now he comes on here to discredit me. The moderators and the Site would not give me a chance to defend myself and labeled me a thief. So I find it hard to keep supporting this site. I pay money monthly to support this site and when there is a problem I get no help. It is sad that someone who has only posted once can come on here and make any accusations he likes without valid proof. I have proof of what I say. It is sad to waste the time of the Forum on this kind of crap and I am sorry to all the users. But I am no liar or thief. That is all, thanks.

Joe, If you have any proof of what you say I would like to see it. That is all I am
asking. You believe the parts were delivered, I do not because I do not have them.
As I said I would like to take the USPS insurance numbers to the post master here
in Illinois and see what he has to say about it.

77sleeper, I have been e-mailing and sending PMs to windsoreight since September.
He has never answered a pm, and damn few e-mails until December 1st when he
stopped all communication with me. I am very sorry that I had to use the forum
this way but it was the only way that I could think of to get him to resume contact
and try to work this out with him.

Unfortunately, the Moderators don't moderate 24/7!

And there's not much either of us can do since we don't know either of you personally anyway. So lets close this topic (BOTH of you). Both sides have had their say, lets close it.

My suggestion on this matter is that Windsoreight should mail notarized copies of his proof to Blue Roan.

My advice to everyone here is that purchasing from strangers over the internet is a roll of the dice. You just figure that if you purchase enough stuff that you are going to lose something eventually. If bidding via eBay, bid only whith sellers with very positive feedback. If the item is expensive, always pay for insurance and insist on a type of shipping that requires a delivery signature.

This message is not ment to imply support for either party in this case.

No more posts on this subject please.
