Ok I am really thinking non of you can drive. on your burn out try to go through the water box where the the least amount of water, after you go through stop, stall it up little more the idle, let the clutch out when you feel the back tires break loose take ur foot and put it on the brake(you wanna slowly roll forward while ur doing ur burn out) take the car up too 3000-3500 rpms and keep it there, cont. to roll forward while spinning them at a consitant rpm, dont try to do a smoke show all ur doing is wasting rubber off those expensive dr. As ur doing the burnout and rolling forward, when you get the tires at the right temp you will feel them hook (you will know the feeling) ussaly after that I pop the gas a couple times, to make sure they hook when I pop the gas.
with any d/r or street tire I try to stay outta the water box and just get enough water on the to start too spin them, but the water if thrown up on ur finderwells and when ur going down the track it drips down and when ur going to slam a gear and some of that water gets on ur tire it can really kill ur time or scare the **** outta you
