I want to put a set of the 02 GT leather seats in my notch. I don't want the power crap. What is needed to put them in, do they bolt right up ,can I use my tracks? I know some have done this so let me know.

I just put 98 black leather power seats in my 88 notch. The front bolt right up no problem. To hook up the power for the power tracks, you will need the car side of the connector from a sn95 car also as the fox cars have a female connector on the car side and the sn95 cars have a female on the seat side. I dont know about removing the power tracks though, why not just keep them?

The back seats will fit with some modification. You need to bend the top bracket over flat aginst the back of the seat frame to get the back to work and you will need to cut some foam out of the bottom and re bend the wire framing to fit the contours of the fox back seat. I will post some pics next week. With the sn95 leather seats in there it looks and feels like a new car.

Next im swapping the dash for a 99+ style.....

You can use your tracks instead of the power ones, but you will need to use washers to mount the bolts since the 99+ seats are not flat like the older seats are. Plus you may have to drill holes on the rails for the seat bolts. But they will fit fine.

xxxCadillacxxx..... do you have any pics of the rear seat in your coupe? I put the front & back seats in my hatch and I plan to write a tech article on the install of front & back SN95 seats in a Fox hatch, coupe and vert if I can get the info for all of it.

Great! here is a pic of my rear seats, if you haven't already seen them. I still have to cut a filler from wood to hold the bottom part in place by the carpet, but I get lots of compliments on it.

LOL! Mine was our only vehicle for 7 years and I used it like a truck many times until we got a larger vehicle. Lumber, bags of cement, siding, 4x8 sheets of plywood and insulation board, new dishwasher, furniture, all fit inside the hatch …the list goes on. (of course it sometimes hung out the back!) Gotta love my hatch! :D

I did see a pic a while back where the guy cut the seat back bracing in his coupe to give him a full size pass through, but I don't recall where the pics were.
