Paint and Body Quarter window nuts how tight?

Reinstalling my quarter windows, how much should I tighten them? Is hand tight enough or should I give it a few cranks with a 1/4 inch ratchet ? I’m scared to break the glass…

So rear quarter window studs get 1/2 ugga, ugg = 9-18 in-lb. That needs to go in the new torque spread sheet.
