This is probably a terrible time to ask this question, but I never had it answered in the past. My car has moved beyond this point as far as the mods on it, but I have a question concerning an old dyno I had done on my car about 3 years ago. It was prior to my cam and compression work...so ignore the numbers in my signature for now.
I had the car dyno'd right after JBA installed a 75mm Throttle Body and their popular shorty headers. From what I remember...here are the mods I had on at the time:
-K&N Kit (you know the one)
-T/b
-Catted X Pipe
-Catback
-Headers
-U/D Pullies
-Timing Adjuster
-Simple dyno tune
The dyno came out to be 271 rwhp and 323 rwtq. The rwhp made sense to me, but from the numbers I've seen on other mustangs 323rwtq is something you get after massive upgrades, such as the cams. Is it weird or abnormal to have this high of a number on torque with a comparably low number of mods? After the cam and compression upgrade...along with gears and clutch work....I have the number posted below in my sig. The torque STILL seems high to me (and the second dyno wasn't done by JBA).
Thoughts?
