Question about PI swap with lightning heads

Hey stangnet, hoping you can point me in the right direction. Localy there is a set of lighting heads for 200 dollars. The only problem is that one of the plugs blew out. I am wondering if 200 is a fair price. Also is there anything special with the heads? I remember reading that the lighting has a different intake? if so is it possible to use the PI intake or will i have to look for a lightning one? I guess the real question is, is it worth it?

for $200 with a blown out plug and having to get Windsor valve covers its not worth it.
