Im not positive but I think you need different mounting brackets. Dont take my word for it. Maybe read on the websites that sell them or call and ask them.
You have to loosen up your head light buckets and slide the lip of the apron up behind them and then tighten them back down. Then, the 'sides' of the new apron simply bolt to the front of your fenders where your stock apron bolted to. No brackets needed. HOWEVER, you WILL have to either trim or modify or remove your hood latch rod/bracket! You may have to trim/sand/fit the sides of it to match your fenders.
I did what allcar did. The only thing I ended up doing latter was to modify the exiting brackets (shorten) and weld a piece of tubular steel (slightly bent to fit the aron lines) between the two so I would have some more front protection and because New Jersey requires a bumper to pass inspection (SUCKS!!! ). I also added four corner hood pins and eliminated the latch and hinges all together. Makes it easier to work under the hood.
