question about spark plugs and fuel pump.( upgrades)

new to Foxbodies..with my new gt purchase, and my current setup, what is good spark plug combo to run for N/A. and at what point will i need to look at upgraded fuel delivery. heres my setup

BBk headers/Y pipe/and dumped
E303 cam
ford racing wires+ msd blaster coil.

my purchses soon will be trickflow or gt 40 intake. and throttle body. heads around mid of next year. will getting a bigger fuel pump help my current. or will i need one when i do intake+tb? thanks
 
In my opinion, if you're road racing, or otherwise running for extended period at or near full throttle, and want a safety factor, or running at elevated fuel pressures (above 39 psi) you should have a bigger fuel pump. If you only run occasional full throttle blasts, e.g. down the 1/4 mile track, where a safety factor isn't as important, and running factory fuel pressure, you're alright as is. I don't road race, don't have a turbo/super charger, occasionally visit the 1/4 track, and personally have always run without the safety factor. Your choice....
