ok, gt40p with 1.94s, frp headers, gt40 manifold, 65mm tb and egr, and stock cam
ok heres whats up

when I had left the maf stock and 19lb injectors, it pulled hard from 25 to 50, now I swapped the maf to an 80mm and changed the injectrs to the 24s and it doesnt pull like it used to
do I need to advance the timing? what should I do to make it like it was?

just a stupid easy question, but is the maf calibrated for the 24's? This would definitely cause driveability issues.

If I understand correctly then I know what your problem is. If I'm not mistaken the 01 GT had 24's stock so your MAF isn't "tuned" to 24lbs it's tuned to stock. You can't swap over MAF's without proper calibration. In other words the 01 24's would compare to your Fox's 19's so it's going to pulse injectors to stock. Basically you're A/F mixture is all wrong.

A cross reference leads me to believe that it thinks it has 36s
