Hey guys,

I am working on my GT and trying to decide how much power i want to shoot for... th issue is, out of all my friends and people i know I have the most powerful car. This makes it kinda hard to know where i want to go as far as power. is 300 enough or do i need more like 400.. or 500... the only reason is because if i think i will be happy with 350-400 i would go with a 4v NA route. anything more then 400 and i will need to go with a blower. i'd rather not spend more money then i have to.

now that the long background is over. my question to you guys, is if there is anyone around the greater triangle area that has some good power to their car would be willing to gimme a ride, and possibly drive (if you feel comfortable), I'd be willing to buy lunch as payment especially if a meeting location is out of your way. Any responces are welcome.

nah, i was looking into the VT 324 11:1 CR 4v with Cobra R heads and crower 3 cams.. i would get thereNA. i am not having poblems with getting there... thats not going to be the isue... my issue is figuring out how much i want... not having anything to compare my stock power to. once i get that figured out i can go ahead and build my power plant.

HAH, true enough. if i go boosted i will prolly stay 2v (only because its cheaper) the 4v would be for NA... looking at a VT shortblock and hellion turbo or possibly a KB. biggest question though.. I'm over in johnston county (registered in chatham) think anyone would care at inspections about a turbo (no EO number either) though it would have cats...

If finances allow I would go Kenne Belle all the way. There are plenty of combinations you could do that would give you the hp you are shooting for but the KB with some exhaust, I can promise you will love the power.

I live in Johnston Co. I live in Selma. I have no problem getting my 92 inspected. It was making 490HP to the wheels on 10lbs of boost. I'm niw in the process of switching to N20(150) single stage. Either way you look at it, It is going to be expensive. dollar for dollar the in the end the 4V will be cheaper and yeild better results
