Help: Question on Exhaust temperature

What does it mean if the temperature coming out of one tailpipe is hotter and stronger than the other. Same thing with cats and without cats. Can your muffler get blocked?

Sure can, but it depends on the style muffler.....

Does the car run rough, or is it fouling any plugs??

I don't know why one side would be different than the other. The gases mix at the h-pipe so you are on the right track. Remove the mufflers and see what's going on.

What if the air pump pipe was off? I need to check that tonight to see if it could have come off. I sorta had it temporarily rigged. Also, the Mufflers are Magnaflow Catbacks. The reason Im woundering about the muffelers is that I had one of the cats break some pieces. Could be in muffler also. Swapped out the cats with an off-road pipe for testing.
