questions about some 351W heads

I've got a set of 351W heads that came off an '83 Block... i plan on using them on my '95 GT along with a Cobra lower intake and Downs breadbox, or Jegs box upper intake... QUESTION... I know the heads will bolt on, and i know the intake will bolt up, HOWEVER... will i have any piston to valve clearance issues just by swapping the heads? ALSO, I've found a set of 1.6 pedestal mount Roller rockers for a 302, will they work on these heads? and ANOTHER question... I am planning on rebuilding the heads myself, as a learning experience, any advice... anybody know of a kit that has everything i would need for these specific heads?

How big of an improvement are you expecting between those heads and the stock e7s? It was my understand that the only 351 heads that were decent were 69'ish ones.

since they've been ported, i'm expecting a litte more than what my E7's are doing
