questions:aftermarket parts and tunes

I recently purchased an 05 stage 1 roush mustang and this would be my first mustang with a computer(among many other parts!) in it. And after going through several magazines and websites I have a very simple question: If I buy different performance parts (IE a CAI, throttle body, etc..) will I need to get my car retuned every time I put on a new part? Or does the computer compensate every time a new part is put on? I know for a CAI a tune is required, but if I add parts after that will I need another tune?
If this helps here is a list of the parts I am considering buying:
Granatelli Throttle Body
Helix Power Tower throttle body spacer
C&L intake with SCT tuner - BOUGHT from Evo
Granatelli coil pack connectors
Ford Racing shorty headers - Came with the car installed.
Also if you have an opinions about the parts I have listed above please tell me; any and all feedback is appreciated.

best bet is to call a tuner... or do a search, similar questions have been asked numerous times

Then you better go straight for the supercharger if you want to have a chance. The stock C6 is putting out 400hp, 100 more than the stock Mustang GT, and it is lighter weight. Stock they are in the 12's already, and in case you didn't see the July issue of Car & Driver, the stock C6 beat the Shelby GT500 in every performance category. Keep in mind the GT500 is putting out 500hp and is already supercharged. I just sold my C5 Vette because I wanted an American performance car that the whole family enjoys, so the Mustang GT Premium Convertible is just the ticket, but it is not even close to the performance of my C5.
