First question is what website can I get a Morpheous Power Pipe from. Second, is it ok to remove the quad shocks. Last, if so how big of a ET street can I put on there. I have 17" rims right now and was wondering if people suggest 15 or 16" rims. So how big a of a tire can I throw on a 16 or 15 inch rim. Thanks.

1st: You can't get a Morpheus Pipe from any website. They went out of business and/or are not making them any more. If you are lucky, you might find one used...or like me, find someone that had two and buy the extra one that is still brand new for $60 
You can get a AFM NA PowerPipe for like $200+, but I've heard their fit/finish is not the best.
2nd: Yes you can remove the quadshocks...just might get a little wheel-hop problem...or not. Guys have been successful running 315's with little to no modifications. Not sure about 15" or 16", ask around as I think it depends on the wheel you use.
