Also if I decide to go with lca's should I get the regular ones or tubular? I don't plan on road racing but do plan on drag racing a bit more.

With no performance mods done, the 4.10s will lower your top end, but not by a lot. I've hit 135 and still had room to go on the tach. I doubt my car will ever go more than 135 at the strip or on a road course so that's fine by me if I've lost some top end speed
I have the tubular LCAs with the conventional ends with bushings. I agree that unless you don't mind the Noise, Vibration, Harshness or you're going to the track a lot with higher power levels, you don't need the rod ends.

you went 14.6 but what was your 60' and mph? Same with the g8 or your cousins gt? I added 20's on mine obviously after running a 12.94@106.8 and 13.00@107.0 and the very next week wiht the same dr's out back and only adding 20's up front I lost a solid 4mph. The car was trapping 102 and my last pass it went 13.0@103.0. Weather was about the same both fridays and rear tires were the same as well as the 60'. I didn't read these other replies but remember you can sit there for 30 seconds and as long as the car doesn't move the close doesn't start and still run a 14.x. I just posted my times and mph to give you an idea of going from the stock 18's to 20's....IMO 4mph is a big hit, next time i'll get some spacers and mount my prostars up front and see how that effects it, given it won't be a fair comparison since it now has 4.10's.

Notquik, what were your 60ft times? What mods did you have at the time? Auto or manual? Have you ran with the 4:10s and 20s? My 60ft was a horrid 2.xx
