Quick Exhaust Question

Hey all my pypes kit was a 2.5 inch kit. the pipe size is 2/5 for sure but the pipes when inside the mufflers perfectly? i dont see how thats possible being they only sell 2.5/3 inch inlets on mufflers. i want to replace the pypes muflers with some flow 40's or something else better?

sorry i was asking how the 2.5 piping fits the violator muffler so well? i want to replace them and need to know if the 3 inch is to big to put on 2.5 piping thats a half inch difference, but how can i use a 2.5 muffler w/ 2.5 piping?


i want bassani's, will settle for flow 40's, and im thinking i might try glasspacks for fun

Buy a 2.5" muffler, it will either work, or you can make it work...

ones o.d. ones i.d. slip in slip over. you may have to add some pipe depending the difference in size. (length)
