Quick suspension question

im doing a mustang II suspension conversion on an older car of mine my question is i cant find any anti-sway bars in the after market by searching. only thin i can find is 74 up pinto. to my; understanding they have the same suspension as the mustang II, so could i order a sway bar for a pinto, or is there a certain one i can order?
