Radiator Overflow Catch can

Ive read that I have to have a can that has the inlet on the bottom and the drain on the top so that it can suck the coolant back into the radiator. Can I use this one if I turn it upside down with the drain on top.

I also thought of just making one out of pvc. As long as the inlet is on the bottom and the drain on the top it should work right?

All you need is an over flow. one line is all. its not presurized in our cars. All you need is the standard can and to make a bracket. pics can be found on my build thread in talk:

adams right on.
take a look at the stocker,its got a vent hole at the top,near the cap.
nothing special.
