Re-chip for AOD

I put a 4.10 gear in, and now the car up shifts to fast.
I'm in 3 at the end of the driveway. I talked to a friend that works
on trans, and he recommended rechiping the computer with a new chip that
will change the shift points. He said to call and have them take all the information on the car and they will custom make one. Can anyone recomment a company????

Uh it isn't possible to chip an AOD, they aren't electronic.You could get a different setup in the govenor and a shift kit will help.

Js5ohLX is right. The '90 Mustangs came with the standard AOD's, only the AODE's were computer controlled. More than likely your TV cable needs to be adjusted.
