Rear Bumper-Cover Removal

Does anyone have a shop manual that tells one what is involved in removing the rear bumper-cover? All I can find through visual inspection is two phillips head screws in each fenderwell and several quick clips underneath the cover itself. Is it that simple? Thanks!

If you open up your trunk and pull the carpet out there are some bolts that I think take a 13or14mm deep socket. they kinda ring around the trunk.
