Hey guys having a real issue with my 89 lx hatch.. under power cars rear end likes to sway a bit more then i would like.. could this be control arm bushings? transmission mount? not sure whats going on or where to start

^ This guy... My opinion is that yes, its most likely worn out control arm bushings. However, you may want to inspect your torque boxes (where the control arms mount to the body of the car), and be sure they arent torn, or ripping off the car.

ok thanks man.. I'll have a look and hopefully thats not it.. but new control arms for sure coming..

If your car is close to stock, you can bet all your suspension bushings are worn out. That is unless its a low mile indoor stored car that was never enjoyed. Let us know what you find when you get under there. Hopefully its a simple fix.
