rear mounting brakets for t-bird brakes-?

I have a set of brakes off of an 87 t-bird turbo coup. Does any one know how to make the stock brakets from the t-bird work on the mustang, or fabricate a set to work. the t-bird axels are 3/4 an inch wider than the mustang axels? Does anyone know any thing about this brake conversion or these brackets? PLEASE HELP!
