If nothing else is damaged or broken, you are incredibly lucky.

Just the one bolt came loose got tread damage , easy fix. I thank god nothing else happen. How can it come loose ? Do I have to put treadlocker on them ? Or they forgot to torque 77ft/lbs

true. Those bolts are designed to handle load evenly. If any of them fails, then others get more torque then its intended for. And not to mention other bolts looks like backing its way out too....

I'd call the shop who did your gear install, and have noice chat with who ever torqued those bolts! Don't they supposed to use lock tight?

BTW, i think TQ requirement is 77ft-lb

Maybe this has a little something to do with your slower 60ft times? haha. I have no idea, thats is freaky.. and I'm sure glad you caught it. I can just hear what that would sound like if you waited another month.

oh shat! Yea, i'd call whoever installed those gears, cause they didn't do something right. Yes, you are correct, they require locktite.

They should definitely use a threadlocker on that. They may have tightened the bolts down to reccomended torque, but they also may not have tightened them in the correct order.

By the way he got V10 mustang and he is bring it to my place to show me. If he really does then I will take some pictures and post them here.
He told me he take full responsibility of his work and he said he is sorry, I was very impress with that guy the way he talked.

I have never used loctite on those bolts , sounds to me like he didnt torque them to begin with , I have seen some shops just use an impact on those bolts , I torque mine to 80 ft lbs never had one come out on me ........if you do use loctite use the blue not the red , and the only bolt I put loctite on is the small one holding the cross pin in .........there is a good write up on explorer forums on how to install gears on a 8.8 if you need it
