The Ford Racing units are Powerdynes, they are not the most popular and have had issues in the past with breaking the internal belt. They are belt driven, unlike the others that are gear driven.

ATI Procharger get my vote the P1SC would do just fine with or with out a 2 core intercooler. If you need prices let me know

havent they switched to a much, much better kevlar belt? also, arent some of them now gear driven? bc-11 or some part # like that?

off topic: shouldnt you be working on my rick instead of helping these guys pick out blowers just kidding..... take your time on my car.

Yes they make a gear driven unit but you do not see a ton of them, I assume it is for a reason.

What car ..lol I'll be driving it tomorrow, too late to start it now neighbors would be bitchin'

I think that by far the most popular supercharger is vortech. Doesn't make it the best, but there are a lot of people that can give help and advice.

if a KB you need a flowzilla blowzilla. a stock KB isnt enough on a H/C/I car.

I know a guy with a fresh motor with AFR heads, mild cam and a stock KB made like 322 rwhp.....

Kenne Bell & the 1.5l is fine, I made over 350hp & 450 ft/lbs of torque on just about a stock motor.

I'm with him. Get the 2.2L Blowzilla if you go KB. It's the blower that keeps on giving. hehe Don't worry about the Flowzilla inlet at this point. If you ever get to the 650 HP point then it's an easy conversion to the Flowzilla inlet.

Superchargers4less.com has a pretty good rep, and Summit usually matches prices and their service cant be beat.

I just got my vortec from superchargers4less. They were the lowest price I could find, and were good to deal with. I haven't been able to put it on yet, but it will happen pretty soon.
