Red Line Water Wetter For Vortech'd GT and For Aftercooler Reservoir?

Red Line Water Wetter is on 40% off at my local autoparts store and I was going to get some for my Vortech SC'd GT. I was wondering a couple things:

1) Is there are any gain by using it in the rad?

2) Would it be a good idea to use it in my Vortech Aftercooler when it goes on?

3) How much should I use, if any, in each application?

I was not sure if any of you guys even use this product or if it is just an advertising ploy.

Any comments would be appreciated.

it works. friends that use it in their radiators have noticed that it makes lower temps. they use about 2 bottles. however it works really good when its about 80/20 water to coolant mixture. it will lower temps a little with a 50/50 mixture. ideally they want you to add it to pure water.
a buddy of mine with a 04 mystichrome with a KB 2.2L runs a bottle of water wetter in his intercooler and says that it helps out with keeping the fluid cooler.
