Remove antitheft

Just purchased a 96 cobra. Does not have a key or gauge cluster. Is there any way to bypass the PATS system? Car will run for a few seconds, then the anti theft shuts it down. I would rather remove it, then have a key made for it.

I think it's part of the computer and can't be removed >But I'm not for sure.
I have a high mileage 98 cobra dash cluster (108,000) I was going to post it this week but havn't gotin around to it yet > pm me if your interested.
