Any reason for this had to remove tank and bracket for blower install, seems after I did this get airbag code 41 RH Radiator Primary Crash Sensor Feed/Return Circuit Open, could that bracket ground something I even picked up another rh sensor and still get the code, what does this code mean anyways, (cut wire)?? cant figure it out. Anybody know

Here's some helpful diagnostic info:

Mustang 1995 Air Bag Diagnostic Codes

If you look at the codes, you'll see one for Circuit Open, Bad Ground and Intermittent or Repaired. Bad ground means the sensor is not bolted down right; Intermittent means the problem has been fixed. Circuit open in your case sounds like a cut wire or the wires are pulling out of the connector. It can also be corrosion on the spades in the connector itself. Try a bit of electrical contact cleaner on both ends of the crash sensor plug, and see if the error changes.

Nothing in the bracket itself is linked into the airbag system. Did you lengthen the wires leading to the CCRM (the black box on the overflow tank bracket? Is it bolted to the frame again? It is grounded through the bolts that held it to the bracket.

I'll try some cleaner on the connector, ccrm is just pushed back behind some other wires not bolted down does it need to be if so just wondering why seems to work, seems to have good ground and I'm using the green screws.

i got this code as well before, When i forgot to mount the front bracket with airbag sensor, everything was still plugged in but it was just dangling because i just simply forgot to mount it, I mounted back and code went away, weird ...

Well its mounted back like it was, I've tried to ground it other ways but light still stays on, dont know what it is, guess its time to cover bulb up, cause I'm not gonna trace all those wires, but still seems it would be the ground.
