Repairing a small dent in a fiberglass hood..

Hey guys, I've got a small dent in my fiberglass hood, about the size of a dime/nickle, I was wondering... how do I go about fixing it? It doesn't look deep enough to use matte and resin, the gel coat needs repairing but how do I go about repairing it?

+1 bondo just filled some holes in my fiberglass hood 2 days ago, if u have patience and a tiny bit of skill then you'll be fine

Use Rage gold. It sands really nice, and doesn't have pinhole problems.

Nice, thanks guys.... what about fixing the gel coat...would I have to repair that or is the bondo enough? All I want to make sure is that when it gets painted everything matches fine.

Gelcoat doesn't need to be repaired it's purpose is that you can just rough up the finish and when it's dull it's ready to be painted the bondo will match up with the sanded gelcoat fine if done right
