Replacing the engine/cam help

I blew my engine last night, but I have a explorer gt40 engine that is low k and in good shape so I am going to swap that in for now, my question is, what cam should I buy to put in it. I have professional products intake, GT40P heads and BBK long tube headers, 5 speed, 4:10 gears. I need to buy a cam today so just curious what you think. As well that engine will work fine correct ??

I am thinking about the E303 but I am not to sure on piston to valve clearance wiht the 1.7 roller rockers that I have. I know that with the Gt40p's they run pretty close. Will I have any interferance issues with this cam and my cuurent head/rocker setup ??

The E-cam with 1.7's will clear perfectly fine. You could put 2:1 rockers on it, if such thing existed and be fine.

I'd look at Comp or Crower if you're going for an OTS cam.

Is there any differences between teh explorer 5.0l adn the one in my car ? like bottom end I mean.
