It's also a general rule not to look at someone, or even smile when next to someone at a red light, there are alot of questionable people living here, and I've had a gun pointed at me because me and a friend were laughing at a stop light about what his g/f said the night before... About 7 25yo guys in a 5 seater olds beside us...Guy beside says "You think somethings funny, gotta problem with my car, think my spinner caps aren't tight enough yo" and then he pulled a gun and we took off, unfortunately we were in my friends hyundai 1.3L (or something) Scoupe... luckily his Scoupe is turbocharged and modded. We ended up getting away by out handling them in some residential areas. So i've learned to not acknowledge most other people while im driving.

He isn't a Mustang driver if he gave you the finger. He's simply a guy who is driving a Mustang at the time.

I see rev's as a friendly acknowledgment, as I've posted about before. Just my 2¢!?!?! rlaugh: @ MarcoCapone)

nobody really revs around here, basically because all the 99 and newer stang owners are older adults who just drive the car because its a mustang, but then there are a million teenagers in 94-98 stangs around here and theyll rev and race anything anywhere. They all think a lightly modded 04 is slower than there stock 94-98. Its fun when they catch up and look completely shocked at what just happened. The 03-04 cobra owners rev it up tho at least to me, I give a rev back but im not stupid enough to even try and mess with one of them.

Was at the track a few weekends ago and a kid with a 96-98 gt came up and asked where the nos was b/c my car was "so fast". Simply said...Its stock..... Just runs good and I learned to drive somewhere along the line.

I keep a lead pipe under the seat incase someone revs at me!
If i dont like the way their car sounds... out comes the pipe and with a lil flick of the wrist they usualy stop revvin' and look bewildered because of the broken window and thepiece of pipe on their seat!!!

But seriously I dont rev unless revved at

For instance I came to a stop at a light last night and what do i find next to me???
A nice P.O.S. 95ish saturn with pillar gauges and a ridiculous fart can! it was a 4 door and the guy driving it had to be like 40... he revved the piss outta that thing at me! I wish I woulda had a pipe under the seat for real! but i just gave him a rev and smirked
