I'm building a 347 stroker for my 1991 Mustang Coupe with a 5 speed, it's going to be a street car, so I want to keep low end torque.

My setup is: 75mm MAF, 70mm TB, Performer RPM II intake, 30lbs inj., Comp cam XE274HR (PN 35-518-8), 1.6 roller rocker, probably a CHP stroker kit, 1 5/8 long tube to keep some low end torque, 2 1/2 H-pipe+exhaust, 3.73 gear, 255lph fuel pump.

Does anyone have heard about the RHS Pro action cylinder head?

I'm not sure if I'd choose the AFR 185 or Pro action 180.

Thanks

between those 2 heads I would opt for the AFR, there are other heads out there also.

between those 2 id have to go with the afrs. that rhs head has jus recently been released id wait till they are in service in real cars for awhile before i considered buying. also dont count out trickflow heads. they have plenty to offer and are a great product.

If ya wanna keep your low end tq then i'd go trick flow. I've been told trick flows and afr's are equal heads except the guy with trick flows will pull harder off the line and the guy with afrs will pull harder on top end? peace

Does the trickflow would really be better for my kind of setup?

Jeff, Id say get whatever you can afford but you also get what you pay for, any higher end heads are going to be good, go with TF, AFR, or RHS all sweet heads, sometimes you can find a complete TF package ready to pretty much drop in, but if you want the 347 to really turn, have a custom cam ground,
