Im gettin ready to purchase some new rims for my 68 coupe and i was thinkin bout 17X8in. TT2's with 4.75 inc. B.S. and running 235/45/17 up front and 245/45/17 in the rear. The car is on stock suspension with drums, will i have any clearance issues?

i highly doubt it. i know a lot of people on here and other forums that run a setup like you will have and havent heard any negative feedback about it.

That's exactly the wheel/tire size I'm running up front except I have Granada discs. No rubbing at all and I'm lowered 2.5"

You should be fine, I fun a 225/45/17 in front and a 255/40/17 on the rear w/ the same wheels and bs. My car is a 65 w/ stock front end. You will have no problem w/ the sizes you mentioned. Since your going to have different sizes anyway on front and rear you for sure could go wider than the 245 if you wanted in the rear. I personally love the TT2's and feel it was the single most striking change that can be made on these classic's. It takes them from nice looking to bad@#% looking.....
