roller rocker question

I got some free roller rockers from a friend, he said he couldnt use them. They are brand new and he doesnt know what size they are. He said they were 1.7, but the only markings on them are some small letters on the top of them say " F16 ". Does this mean its a 1.6? Or does it mean anything at all? If any body knows how bout helpin me out. Thanx!

What brand are they? I know that the Ford racing ones are labeled with the ratio. I'm lead to believe that they are 1.6 ratio.

probably means Ford 1.6.
