Rolling Rear Fenders on 98 Cobra

This may be a tired question, however, what is the best way to roll a fender without doing damage to paint or rear panels? eastwood fender roller? dolly and body hammer? baseball bat? any feedback appreciated...Thanks!

I've seen it done with a bat and it looked great....Don't know the exact way to do it though.
