Every morning I cold start my car and it idles extremely rough sometimes to the point of stalling until it becomes warm. I have kept up with all normal maintenance including a oil change less than 100km ago. I have ran premium fuel for the last 6 months and I am now really stuck for answers? any help would be appreciated!!

The car has 131,000km
Oil change 100km ago
New serpentine bent 300km ago
Timing adjusted 2 months ago
New distributor cap and rotor 2 months ago
Spark plugs at 105,000km
As for engine mods only MSD plug wires and a cold air intake
Still need those codes: KOER and KOEO
It could be something as simple as a sensor out of range or maybe even a vacuum leak somewhere (I might suspect a TAB or TAD solenoid, for instance).
