Are the brakes supposed to drag any? My front wheels (not sure about back) are dragging a little. With the front lifted and spinning wheels by hand, it will make a slight grinding noise. They also will not spin much at all.

At first, i thought it was because the rotors had a little rust on them. Now it is all rubbed off and it still does it.

It is not rubbing bad, but it is rubbing.

I think this is normal, just making sure.

It could be the wheel bearings going bad. The brake pads will ride on the rotor but the wheel should spin freely. When you spun the wheel how many times did it turn?

That is totally normal. You only have to worry if they drag heavily and you have to put effort into turning the wheel.

I don't spin it real hard, but it only goes like 1/2 a turn. But if I get it up to speed it will go around 1 or 2 times.

Normal, mine does the same thing. As long as you can move the rotor by hand, you should be just fine.
