i dont really see a diff between the bullitt scoops and the v6s ones? explain?

The V6 ones still have the black honeycomb, they are just smaller and angled compared to the GT's. The Bullitt's scoops are like the V6 but are sold plastic, and no honeycomb -- shaped to provide a more toned-down look. I was not big on getting them, but "free" was in my price range. After having them, they look better the having the much larger non-functional stock scoops.

Do the Bullitt side scoops just pop into the old scoops mounting holes? Where did you get the scoops? How much?

Yes, they pop right in. I got them for free from the body shop that was doing the wing work. Since it was a full "insurance job" they threw them in for free ... I think they are like $80 to buy.

I will tell you this. I never saw the wing in person before buying it. I was really hesitant to get it. Now I am really glad I did. And it looks even better in person (IMO at least) -- have you seen one in person? It is really not the same. It is interesting how much this wing gets compliments compared to the S281. This wing is head and shoulders better looking than the S281 now that is actually on the car (I do miss the S281's integrated brake light, though). I am NOT trying to change your opinion or tell you that you are wrong... I am just providing some perspective.

Slap some 03 Cobra rockers and you'll be set.. I plan to put on Bullitt scoops on my Mach w/ Cobra rockers. Will make the car a lot cleaner and I'll have no fake scoops at last!
