I'm going to be switching out my driveshaft shortly, are the driveshafts all the same on the V8 Fox bodies? Mine is an 88'.

I think they might be different between 5 speeds and automatics.
I know for sure the U joints are different so that would mean the yokes are different too.

there is some variation but for the most part are interchangeable..any aftermarket driveshaft(aluminum or steel) should fit without a problem. why are you going to switch it out anyway?

Yes they aren't the same technically, but they can be interchanged no problem

I've got a bad vibration through my seats and trans when I go above 60 MPH in any gear. All my bolts seem tight and I've got no extra play on my driveshaft. My control arm bushings are o.k. as well. So I figured I would switch out the driveshaft and see if that's the problem.

you could take yours in to have it balanced or atleast have it checked to see if its way off.

Yeah, I don't think any of the shops in my town do that. A buddy of mine has a driveshaft off of a 91 GT that I can try out.
