the aod went out in my 94 about a month & half ago, huge chunks of metal in the
pan. good news is i picked up a 94 v6 t5 for $450 this past friday. if things go
good for me i'll have the tranny s switched out in about two weeks

Ahh to be cruisin again

finally got the tranny in. every time i turned around i broke something
2-swivel sockets, driverside header and snapped 3 bolts
is it common for the bolts to be siezed/rusted together? i rounded off more bolts
than i care to count. a few more things to button up yet. i had to cut out the h-pipe so i'm putting in the bbk
shorties and 2.5" h-pipe from my 87 .

did you use the V6 bellhousing?
i never did understand if the V6 bellhousing is a straight bolt in,or are modifications needed?

as for the bolts, maybe its just the area you live in.
not much moisture here.
the only trouble i've ever had were the nuts that connect the h-pipe to the header.
always a pain to get out

sounds like it would have been a good time to put in long tubes while you had it all out. have fun with the manual. it was one of the best things i did for my last mustang
