Next time let it sit for 30. Maybe it'll make a difference, maybe not. I let mine sit for 15, and it smoked like crazy.ocelot said:About 10 minutes.

You'll probably have to order it online from the US. I don't think it's been approved for sale in Canada (Ontario especially) because it doesn't meet a couple of the EPA standards for the Province/Country.
