see through hood. pics inside

got bored one night, had a friend take some more pics with his nikon D60 SLR camera, no flash. theres a little glare an we'll be takin better pics another day i just love the way it looks. doesnt it look sick?! lol

Looks cool. I assume you took the hood off and had the camera on a tripod correct?

nah. hood stayed on. just took a pic with a 30 second shutter. 1 seconds the hood was open. the remaining time the hood was closed. no photoshop

Looks good for using a long exposure proccess.

Have your buddy take 2 shots on a tripod and then use photoshop next time. Then you can change how much of the engine bay is exposed.

it would also help with the streaking from the hood dropping. ive always wanted to do it but i need a motor worth showing off first

these are really good. did you take pics with the hatch/door/hood open and then closed and then lay them over each other?

the bucs suck btw

I've had that plate since back when they won the super bowl, I was born in Tampa so their my home team.

And yes I just took two pictures and used different layers in photoshop, erased around the part I want to be seen, and adjusted the transparency, how else would you do it if you dont actually have clear hood/doors? We also did those pics in HDR, which is basically taking pictures in different exposures and letting photoshop works its magic in combining them.
